Condor pool and setup for the EITS experiment

Condor installation notes for the EITS experiment

There are currently 13 computers in the pool. Each computer and their Condor roles are defined here:

EITS control computer Building B Communications Room
Submit Node
Nanomia.shore.mbari.org AVED project RAID Host and Condor Master. This machine is only used to host AVED data and to control Condor jobs, but it is it not used for any AVED processing.  
Building B Communications Room Master Node, scheduler, and collector. This is a high availability machine that jobs are submitted to, to run on the pool.
